Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in any courses, programmes, workshops, discovery calls, training sessions, or paid appointments (“Services”) provided by Teju Chosen of Exceptional Coaching (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking, enrolling in, or participating in any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed. 1. Eligibility To participate in any Service, you must: Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent Provide accurate and complete registration information 2. Services Covered These Terms apply to, but are not limited to: Paid discovery calls One-to-one training sessions Coaching programmes Workshops and masterclasses Digital courses, recordings, or downloadable materials The nature, format, and duration of each Service will be outlined at the time of booking. 3. Fees, Payments, and Cancellations All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise stated. Fees for discovery calls or appointments are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in writing. Where stated, fees paid for a discovery call may be credited toward a future training session or coaching programme. Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be forfeited at our discretion. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. 4. Access and Delivery Access to Services may include live sessions, recorded content, written materials, or digital resources. We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or discontinue any part of a Service without prior notice. We are not responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or third-party platform failures. 5. Intellectual Property All content provided, including but not limited to videos, documents, worksheets, frameworks, and written materials, remains the intellectual property of Exceptional Coaching. You may: Use the materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not: Reproduce, distribute, sell, or share any materials Record sessions without written permission Claim ownership of any intellectual property 6. Nature of the Services All Services are educational and informational in nature. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice, and no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes, financial results, or business success.
