Confidence is necessary if you want to be successful. You may wish to search for your dream job, start a new business, or become an investor or entrepreneur or begin walking through life with your head permanently held up high.

Who is the course for? Anybody who wishes to dramatically improve their confidence.

Prerequisite: A willingness to be changed transformed and to learn.

Objectives:

By the end of this session, you will be able to successfully

• Examine the reasons for low self-esteem and work on lessening their effect

• Practice tips for developing self-confidence

• Identify confident behaviours and traits

• Work towards dealing with change

About the Charging Up Your Confidence Workshop

This interactive workshop aims to equip you with indestructible self-belief. It starts by examining the reasons for low self-esteem and you will learn all you need to know about how to build confidence, especially in places and with people you re unfamiliar with. You will then be taught about the importance of valuing yourself, banishing negative self-talk, and taking responsibility for your life.

Confidence is a general life skill and people with more confidence are often more prepared to take risks and chase after their goals.
